Dr. Marlon Robinson, Principal
Dr. Marlon Robinson was named the principal of Huntington Middle School by the Houston County Board of Education on March 14, 2023. Dr. Robinson began his role in June 2023 after the retirement of Dr. Gwendolyn Taylor and is currently in his second year as the principal.
Dr. Robinson served as an Assistant Principal at Bonaire Middle School from 2009 to 2023. Prior to that, he taught math for 11 years at Perry High School where he also coached softball, basketball, and baseball. In 2004, he was named as the Teacher of the Year for Perry High School.

Dr. Robinson has an associate’s degree in Secondary Education from Middle Georgia College and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education from Fort Valley State University. He earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Higher Education from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Robinson is married to Marien Robinson and is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
Mrs. Tamara Wildes, Assistant Principal of Instruction
Mrs. Wildes has been an educator in the Houston County School System since 1998. After graduating from Warner Robins High School, she went on to earn her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Fort Valley State University. She began her teaching career at Shirley Hills Elementary School where she taught Kindergarten, 3rd and 4th grades for many years. During her tenure at SHES, she earned her Master’s in Education from Georgia Southwestern State University. In 2004 she was named Teacher of the Year. After teaching 3rd grade and 5th grade gifted for five years at Bonaire Elementary School and earning her Educational Leadership degree from Columbus State University, Mrs. Wildes became certified in Middle Grades English and Language Arts and joined the Huntington Middle School family where she taught 6th grade ELA for two years. In 2022 Mrs. Wildes was named the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Huntington.
Mrs. Wildes is married to Kinnon Wildes, Jr. Their son Kinnon III attended Huntington, graduated from Warner Robins High School, and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Physical Education. He is the PE coach at Byron Elementary and the baseball and softball coach at Byron Middle School. Kinnon is married to Chelsea Bugg who is a Kindergarten Para Pro at Matt Arthur Elementary School. Their daughter Kayeli attended Huntington and taught 6th grade ELA for two years at HMS. She also graduated from Warner Robins High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from the University of Georgia and her Master’s degree from Columbus State University. She now teaches 9th and 10th grade literature at WRHS and is the competition cheer coach.
In her spare time, Mrs. Wildes loves reading, spending time outdoors, and baking cookies and cakes. She loves her Huntington family and enjoys watching the students grow academically and loves to watch them do what they enjoy and love in their extracurricular activities.
Dr. Torris Woolfolk, Assistant Principal of Discipline
Dr. Torris T. Woolfolk is a native of Macon, Georgia. He attended Mercer University where he played basketball and received a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. He went on to receive a Master's degree, Educational Specialist degree, and a Doctorate in Education in Reading and Literacy from Capella University. He started his teaching career in 2003 with the Bibb County School District, where he served as a visual arts teacher and basketball coach. Torris has continued his career with the Houston County Board of Education as a visual arts teacher and basketball coach. In 2018, Dr. Woolfolk switched gears and began a new path of school leadership as an Assistant Prinicipal at Northside High School. After faithfully serving five years at Northside high School, he decided to return to his home nest at Huntington Middle School as Assistant Prinicipal of Discipline. One of his philosophies in education is "We all can achieve more through building relationships and hard work."
He and his wife Tonya have three children - Christine, Lailah, and Celeste.
